RUBY'S NARRATIVE GLOSSARY

PART ONE: INTRODUCING THE NARRATIVE

This is part one of a collection of words that are the attempt to define my narrative.  I look inside myself to find those descriptors that are significant to my life’s journey at this marker of my timeline.  These words were the first to come to mind that I needed to focus on to give an outline.  These are the basics… the words that I am okay with and a couple of words that I am not okay with.  

ENERGY: IT'S WHAT LIVES ON

EVIDENCE AND SENSE: WHAT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME AND WHAT DOES. 

THE FLOW: MAYBE JUST ANOTHER WORD FOR GOD. 

LUCK: GOOD, BAD OR JUST PLAIN

MEANING: WHERE EXACTLY DOES IT COME FROM? 

NARRATIVE:  A SPECIAL BOOK AND A PLACE TO FIND THE WORDS

REMEMBER... ITS WHAT I WANT TO DO HERE

EVIDENCE AND SENSE: WHAT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME AND WHAT DOES. 

"WHAT IS TRUTH": THE WORDS ONLY PONTIUS PILATE DARED TO ASK. 

PART TWO: GOING BEYOND ME

Part Two of this collection of words will take me outdoors.  It takes me outside of myself to the world and beyond that help me to find meaning and significance in a much bigger picture.  I can only find a part of my narrative within my own self, but I need to reach out to the things in nature and beyond to help colour in the portrait a little more. 

AIR AND BREATH: WHAT MY MOTHER DIDN'T GIVE ME

MOON: HER NAME IS LUNA

ROCKS: WHY I COLLECT THEM

SUN-RISE

TURTLE ISLAND

TREES: SOMETHING GOOD TO HUG

WATER: WASSER

YEAR: WHAT IT REALLY MEANS
